I want to start sharing some blogs that I find very interesting and here are a few that really hit it out of the park.

First of all, Seth Godin’s blogs about (The Pope is coming) how we should treat every customer like there the pope, basically we should treat every customer like they are the most important customer we will ever help!!! (LOVE IT!!!), This also applies to guest at church, we should create a wow experience for them just like the president or the pope was visiting!!!

Found a site (Volunteer Central) that trains churches on recruiting and training volunteers, awesome site, I love the title Multiplying church from me to we!!!

Mark Beeson writes about what the obstacles for church growth are, and I must agree growth comes from leadership, he shares that the main obstacles are a lack of vision, weak leadership and confused leadership.
